Sometimes a home is so special that it exceeds even our wildest dreams. This stunning villa, located on an island in the middle of the ‘Green Heart’ in Holland, certainly deserves to be called a dream villa.
Accredited for this beautiful overall picture is the expertise and creativity of Marcel Wolterinck and his team. The residents were more than satisfied with previous collaborations and therefore relied on this versatile design agency for the exterior, interior and garden design.
RESTAURANT WORTHY
The residents had also worked with us before. It was clear to them that we would design and realize the kitchen of their dreams. The end result would not look out of order in a Michelin starred restaurant; every element exudes glittering perfection. This has created a unique overall picture that never tires. As if you are dreaming with your eyes wide open.
The rich use of materials, the high- quality equipment, the layout and the detailing: everything is just right, particularly in combination with the rest of the design in this room and with the view of the garden. Wolterincks designs are amazing and fantastic, they are knowledgeable and communicate openly and clearly. This is why we love working with them.
At the heart of the room is a cooking island with a brass casing, surmounted by an image-defining shelf. This shelf has space for storing crockery and cooking utensils. The collection of wines and champagnes is housed in the striking glass wine cabinet next to the island. Cooking and dining are therfore easily accompanied by a tasteful glass of wine.
EXTENSIVE DINING
The design is permitting several possibili- ties for extensive dining; the long table can accommodate a large group and when the weather permits it, can move towards the veranda. The design entices to linger on after breakfast, lunch or dinner for a long time.

The immense lake that is adjacent to the house provides a magnificent view in every season, which is beautifully enhanced by the surrounding garden. It has clearly become a dream home where the residents lack nothing.
