Davy Swanenberg Wins 1st Place Award
With 1,660 entries worldwide, 37 design entries were submitted from the UK, France and Netherlands and 6 finalists were selected by a panel at Sub-Zero & Wolf's Madison headquarters for their Kitchen Design Contest. Of which, the two first place winners, will now be attending the Global Winners Conference in Madison, with a chance of winning cash prizes of up to $40,000.
1st place for the best use of Sub-Zero & Wolf in a contemporary setting went to Davy Swanenberg of Culimaat Kitchens in the Netherlands, who said: "I was surprised to see such a large quantity of contestants and that they are all operating at such a high level. Of course I was really happy to have been voted number one for the contemporary category. I look forward to the next part of the competition in America and to find out that other projects I will be competing against.
For the 'Unum' kitchen we've worked exclusively with trusted partners, who have the highest standards. We chose Sub-Zero & Wolf because they are the Roll Royce of kitchen appliances and their semi professional look complements the Unum kitchen concept."
